there are no reasons for it ican think of ,he was a stud dog for the first time 2 weeks ago

get him to a vet right away. He may have caught an infection from the b1tch. Or if you are not an experienced stud dog handler he may have injured himself. Irresponsible dog owners make me very very angry.

He could of damaged himself when they "tied" dog's have a bone in there penis so he may have hurt himself and holding his tail between his legs may ease the pain a bit? Just an idea really best thing you can do is give the vet a ring and have a chat with them if they think there is a problem they will ask you to bring him to the surgery.
Also he could have blocked anal glands that will need emptying by an experienced person preferably a vet.

Sounds like he has had a trauma of some kind. Think laterally! It may have been an incident that you were not witness to?

I would recommend taking your dog to his vet to have his tail looked at as well as his anal area, could be there is something that bothering him.

maybe it thinks somthing bad will happen or for some reson it is scared

well think about it, have you and your parner been fighting, I have a dog and when we yell she gets scared, she even hides behind a chair.

perhaps he is missing other doggy contact, i mean from him being with another dog to being on his own again

maybe he is gay and didn't like it or hes worried about maintenance 4 all them puppies only kidding poor thin sounds depressed maybe he don't like christmas x
