It really depends on the speed of the man's sperm and the location of the woman's egg. It can take as long as 2-3 days after intercourse for conception to occur.

Oh, Lord, you are already getting some BAD answers, so let me help you. You can ABSOLUTELY get pregnant...immediately, the next day, and up to three days later! Sperm can live in the body for up to THREE DAYS. So, if you have ovulated, and there is an egg there (typically 10-14 days after the FIRST day of your last period), it can be fertilized, resulting in pregnancy.
The morning after pill, or emergency contraception, acts by not allowing the fertilized egg to attatch, so you send it on it's way (ie, a period). But you CAN get pregnant, you DO NOT have to "do it a lot" and that's why you should practice safe sex EVERY TIME. Good luck.

1. have sex
2. eggs gets fertilized within 12-24 hours
3. In the next 5-6 days, implantation takes place and the egg attaches in the uterus.

I'd say pregnant at fertilization, so within 12-24 hours after having sex.

No......
It takes time..........
For exap.
Say you're ovulating (which is about 12-14 days after you started your last period) During that time range, or pretty close to it, you could get pregnant.. But, you wont find out until about 2 weeks later.
But, any other time during the month, you will NOT get pregnant!

Well..first off, that would depend if the egg was released at the same time. You also have to take into consideration that until the fertilized egg implants, you would not be considered pregnant.

you could, but you wouldn't know it for about 14 more days. You can only get pregnant if you ovulate and there are sperm present before or shortly after (eggs are only viable for about 24 - 48 hours after you ovulate)

no, silly!!! you get pregnant when the egg is fertilized. The moment blood from the mother's body touches the fertilized egg, life exists.
