I went to a party with a good friend of mine. We are only friends and there were a couple of times that he was very crast. He acted like a totally different person and quite frankly I had wished we did not go to the party together. The hard part is we are really good friends and I would hate to lose this friendship but I can not tolerate the behavior I witnessed the other night. Can you help?

Do we tip these people. I remember when the daily paper used to be delivered by a kid on a bike and it was perfectly decent to give him a little money at Christmas. But now the paper is delivered by an adult with a car. Does he get a tip? How about the mail person? I used to live in a very metropolitan area and tipping the mailmail was custom but do you do it in a rural area too? Tipping the mailguy in NYC assured you that your packages would arrive in one piece all year long. But in Maine where the package can safely be left on your front step - is tipping still called for.

Okay I make a really good first impression on girls that I meet, many times kissing or even going further on the first meetings. And the girls seem like they're into me and everything. But its like the nothing further ever comes from it. I have heard that the first calls and stuff should be brief and to ask out on the first date on that call, so I have stuck to this, usually with not really good results (the chicks seem cold, they flake out). Now i got friends that like to call the girls and talk to them at night and stuff for a while sometimes, but by the advice I have gotten, and by a gut feeling, it seems like this would make me seem boring, like nothing to do. Now I don't wanna play games or nothing, I just wanna do what works.

Ladies, your perspective and opinions on this subject. Guys too.
