Would you accept a new job (slightly senior level), but only at 16% higher than what you are getting now?

I have a small kitten that gets really car sick. Can anyone suggest something to help him?

When I get him the car he throws up, gets diarrhoea, or both, but hes fine as soon as the journey is over.
I'm hoping he'll grow out of it, but until then can anyone suggest a possible solution?

can i use the powder ink from an xerox printer toner in an epson toner?

i have run out of ink in my epson laser printer, but have some xerox ink powder from a xerox laser toner! could i refill my epson toner with that ink powder? And would it work and not harm my epson printer!
