that should be enough, but the question is... are you still tired all the time? If you are then you either need more sleep, or maybe you need to see a doc. Teenagers need alot more sleep than the average adult.

you get TOO MUCH sleep for someone your age. man! 8-7! for a kid (about 10 or 11) they need at least ten hours of sleep for proper growth and all. but you are 17, you need not need that much sleep. if i were you, i'd get a bit less sleep. you may be getting out of college sooner than you think, and being used to a sleeping routine like that is wack when it comes to jobs!

10-11 hours should be plenty of sleep. Most people enrolled in school need about 9 hours, although sleep needs can vary.
Sleep is important because it helps you to function better in the day and stay alert. It's also harder to learn in school and remember things if you are sleep deprived.

That's 10 to 11 hours. It should be enough, generally speaking, but if you hear people saying ... Wake up Mandee123" during the day, it's probably not!

When I was 17 I needed lots of sleep. When we're in our teens we do need more sleep, so you're fine. Hardly anyone gets enough sleep these days, so I'm glad you're taking the opportunity to get the rest you need.
