Most importantly,you should avoid non-vegetarian food and alcohol.
Consume plenty of water.
You should eat bananas,citrus fruits-orange,lemon juice,sweet lime,etc,Start having tea/coffee if you have only milk.

If you have gouty arthritis,I suggest you shoud take medications as well.

Allways try to eat green vagitables, like Saag, Palak etc. Dont add excess spices it it. Reduce Salt in your food. Dont drink water immediatelly after your meals. YOu can have water after half an hour. And after meal you can have little "Gur" (A sweet thing by which sugar is made). I had also Acidity but after having adopting all these rules, acidity is nowhere.....

eat idli & drink buttermilk. also eat fenugreek seeds with 2 glass es of water early morning every day . Also u can try drinking barley water
