They should be reported, under point-gaming, and lose both their 2 points for answering, and the extra 10 for breaking site rules.

When I ask what you are talking about it is because I would like you to rephrase the question so that I can understand to give you an answer. Not because I want the 2 points. I could care less about points. I do this out of the goodness of my heart.

It depends. A lot of people I swear, are just on here to get 2 points. But sometimes....honestly...the questions are so stupid or vague, 'what are you talking about' is the only response I can think of...!!!!!

JK...it really pisses me off too and I agree. They are worthless comments. Also, people who vote on answers that they have no clue about shouldn't receive points, although I don't know how that could be regulated.
