i need to know away to make my friend sick.... she keeps threating to take an over dose so i have to be woith her at all times i swore to keep quite but i am going to tell her mum tomorrow... I would like to know a way if she does of making her sick... as in any foods i could mix togeather to do this please answer about what food can do it not about this situation as soon as possible thanks

You should not be taking on this kind of responsibility alone. You need to tell your friend's parents what is going on NOW - it is not a betrayal of trust but what is in her best interests. If she does take an overdose dial 999 (from UK, 911 from US) immediately.

Drinking salt water can make you sick, but even if she is sick you don't know how many pills have come up and how many are still in her system. Tell her Mum asap about whats happening and in the meantime if she does take an overdose, get an ambulance straight away, even if she is sick. You are a good friend but don't carry this load on your own, its not fair on you. Her Mum needs and has to know.

Not your place to "home remedy" your friend. You could cause even more problems. Your friend needs professional help, not the well meaning kind from a friend.

making her sick will be ok in the short term however its the mental issues that are at the heart of this problem. Has she been to the doctor? why is she feeling so down?...that is the priority.

Ipecac, its for infants if they eat or drink something they are not supposed to. You should tell your friend's mum right away though.

some drugs can be dangerous when vomited up you need to phone for medical help,if she attempts this, if you can,t tell her mum now

look for spirit of epicac @ the druggist. It's designed for little kids who eat something they shouldn't. HOWEVER, follow the instructions VERY CAREFULLY, and DO NOT give if she's unconcious.
