One of my vertabrae on my upper back, very close to my neck, is very sore. It hurts constantly, and the slightest movement can make the pain worse. It hurts on both sides on my back/shoulders, and gets worse when i move my arms a certain way (above my head,put my elbows back, etc.) What could this be? What can be done to fix it?

It was a Columbia jacket and its an older one. My daughter got paint on it so I knew it was hers. When I asked where her daughter goes to school, then said Dame right the woman got all defensive. I wanted to smack the woman, knowing she was lying. Problem is I didn't feel the need to write all over my daughters things because I resale a lot of things and it takes away from the value. I was so heated and pi**ed. I did get my daughter a brand new coat... of the same quality, and did put her name in the new one, but feel I shouldn't have had too... Would you have said something or let it go?

so a guy tells me he likes me twice over a course of two years and also he tells me im pretty, often. then i call him one afternoon and ask him to lunch and then we go to a movie and then he doesnt call me and we still see eachother once a week. see, we're both christians and we're both leaders in a jr. high ministry at our church and then there is this other friend that we both talk to and i think that this friend knows something i dont know about this whole situation, i know he knows something becuz i asked if he did cuz he had this look on his face for two weeks, and i dont know waht he knows cuzi decided i wasnt ready to know and i was too embarrassed to be wrong and make everything aqward. well i guess what im trying to say is do i keep hoping he'll get a clue its okay to call me and ask me out or does he not like me, even though he didsay at the last jr. high thing that i was amazing in some casual way, which i dont understand how he does that.

My question is.Why must our children be forced to see that.Its like they glorify an object of torture and death. That is why i will never let my children to go into a church.And see all the horrific imaginations of religious nutcases.Yes I protect my children but when a person takes a torture stake home and glorifies it !!!!!

This man lives in another State and is the liaison for my program. We got emotionally involved and admitted we were attracted to each other but I told him I wasn’t ready to date because I just got out of a relationship. Even so we continued to get to know one another and talked about our families, goals etc..and flirted w/each other.

One day we were on the phone and another call came in. When I answered, I told the other person “wait a few minutes and I’ll be down to meet you”. I got back on the phone with him and apologize. He asked "who was that?" I said a friend. He said, okay I‘ll let you go, sounds like you have to get going.

Now he no longer asks me about myself and seems to be avoiding me. When I call and leave a message I always describe the work related issue. He doesn’t return my calls unless I force the issue and then he says he is busy. I end up feeling like I am bothering him.

I know this will sound gay but the worst injury I received was a gymnastic one. I was leaping over the 'horse' during gym class and the guy at the other end wasn't paying attention. I caught my **** on the 'horse' and landed on my right knee and could barely move for 6 months. 20 years later the injury still gives me problems. (Sometimes I can barely get off my settee to reach for my next drink. It's a terrible affliction!)
