Okay (i hope you have a minute)...

My best friends wife up and left one day and told him it would be best if he moved away to another town to make it easier on both of them. She told him to cash in his 401K and sign the papers to refinance the house so that she could use the money from both items to pay off all their bills and pay off her car and his Harley (which she had in her name).

Now the problem is - she gave him none of the money from the refinancing or the 401K. He moved to another town and the divorce papers were sent to him with a note from her saying all he had to do was sign because their was nothing to contest and no custody issues. He signed the papers and now she is holding the title to his bike unless he gives her $500.00 a month towards the mortage on the house (which is only $800.00 a month). By the way - she lives in the house with her boyfriend.

WHAT CAN HE DO? She sent him a letter saying that she was going to reposes the bike from him unless he pays!

Not a Loogy, but that stuff that you can feel sometimes in your throat or even see stuck in there sometimes. Then when you cough it up, it really smells.

I have long thin legs, but I have muscle, not just skin and bone. My guy friend will always grab my lower legs and say something about how tone or muscular they are. Does this mean that I have guy legs or something else?

I've noticed a certain repeated behaviour with some people. If someone does something kind or helpful for them, the recipient loses respect for the person helping out. Why is this ????? Because of this trait in people, I sort of keep them "at arms length" and appear indifferent to them. This almost always ensures that you'll get respect. Is this another example of "nice guys finishing last". Can this be explained? Is there a psychology explanation for this?????

So I'm having a movie date with a girl I like and she likes me. I was thinking a scary movie and she actually suggested it too. :)

Anyway, what are some scary movies? I really prefer thriller types like What lies beneath or other things that have you on the edge. Though horror is good too. But nothing too gruesome. Thanks!

I found a dr. thats 45 minutes away from Altoona.
I hope and pray too god I can get my tubes undone. See my mom dosen't have that much longer too live. she has sirosis of the liver and periferal neuropathy thats from having diabetes.A while I said too everyone about my problem. My Aunt made me get my tubes tied when I was 21 yrs old. Now I know longer talk too her witch is a good thing. I never was a mom before. plus I have wonderful loving caring boyfriend that deeply cares about me very much.

My friend sells scarpbooking stuff. I ordered some products for Christmas in September, I already paid for them, however she keeps making excuses of why I can't get it off her . she had a dog die, her mom got married was in an accident which broke her leg, and now may be pregnact. I have 2 children one is 4 and is Autistic the other is 5 mths old and is allergic to milk so I have to watch my children carefully.I wrote her a letter telling her to keep the money , to keep the stuff and just to leave me alone. She called me and was all upset I aplogized and felt bad she said she would send me a check I still haven't seen it. and now every time we talk she says I upset her, like my feelings don't count I hate to be mean to her but I really feel used and don't know what to do.
