I heard a rumor that a studio is going to make a remake of King Kong vs Godzilla. What do you think? and who do you think will win this time? (King Kong won in the 80's movie.) I vote Kong. He's the best. Plus he rules the planet of the apes.

A familiar question. Godzilla. He's King of The Monsters and King Kong likes to fall off of high perches for the girl. Godzilla should stomp King Kong no matter how tightly Kong hugs his scrotum.

Godzilla will beat Kong handedly in a fair fight if you are going off of what has been established in their own respective movies.
They made some changes to KK in the original KK v G movie in order to make it a decently believable fight. KK's height was drastically increased. In the original G series, G is 50 m tall. KK is nowhere near that as his size is depicted at in the King Kong movie. In actuality, KK might only come up to G's knees. Plus, they gave Kong the ability to absorb electrical power that also didn't exist before.
Keeping things as they should be from their repsepctive movie series- Godzilla has a massive height and weight advantage, extra appendage (tail), and the radioactive fire breath gives him a great distance attack. KK wouldn't stand a chance trying to engage G.
