my mom sees me, I will never change to her reactions and I am a very supportive daughter so we are like best friends who share their true feelings and expect the same.

I think parents are largely clouded.

I'm in my 30's, married 7 yrs with 2 kids and I think my parents are just starting to see me as a full adult.

they see their version of me..they don't know the real me because they don't want to..I have tried to talk to them about the real me but they won't hear it..they still treat me like an irresponsible kid

i agree with tots no they don't know me only people i let see me see me everyone else just guesses and are more than likely wrong i am different than most people think
