Or How much of yourself do you want yourself to see? Most people do not even know who they are in reality. They are hiding under so many things. Such as addictions (drugs, alcohol, illicit sex, dis functional relationships, psych meds, therapists, etc) they don't know that they actually have nothing to do with this body or mind. ie; race, color, religion, nationality, job, intellect etc. We are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul,also known as Krishna,Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We have an eternal relationship with Him and that is our true identity. Everything else is temporary and illusory and ends in misery.

Not very much. I hide behind a shield, the kind that makes of me the best kind of person someone wants to see. This means that most times I am not being myself. Am I happy? Not really, so to all those of you who are like me, let down that shield and be all that you can be! Don't be miserable like me!

Only the things I think will get me peer approval. It all depends on the setting. Obviously I would not reveal as much to my boss as I would to my best friend or boyfriend. Its all about the situation and the appropriate-ness of the situation.
Not many have seen all of me, I tend to keep a lot of embarassing or tramatizing incidents to myself.

Every body could learn from everyone... walking around with walls of insecurities only seperate us and keep us scared of each other.... that's why the world is such a dark place!
