A parent who is too caught up in their own world to give the discipline & love neccesary to raise mentally healthy, respectful & caring children.

One who, on average, doesn't see their child for 2 hours a day, not including dinner.
One who will not embarrass his/her child in front of his/her friends once every 2 months.
One who does not monitor their nutrition, and who they hang out with.
One who is too strict, too neglective. Some principles for good parents: If a kid curses at his parents, smack them across the face once, not really hard, just enough to tick them off. If the kid curses in general, make a curse jar or take away priveledges, this also is true for hitting, and strong, blatant disobeying.
One who does not monitor grades.

One who deliberately tries to make life miserable for her kids.
I feel some think that if Parents make mistakes, that makes them bad, I don't agree if they are trying to do their best with what they have. It's when they use there kids as a target for anything, that is bad and abusive.

A bad parent is someone who wont care if there kids get in trouble and don't care where there kids are and they don't even care at all. They let there kdis do drugs or let them smoke. A bad parent makes a bad kid.

Abuse in any form. Anything can make a bad parent but they should try to be better cause when u die u want ur children 2 miss u. My dad didn't miss his dad and he didn't go 2 his funeral.

I was raised up by bad parent,s it would be hard to tell ever thing that made them that way but being drunk, and cheating and beating us had a lot to do with it. depriving us of thing,s other kid,s had and we wished for . I ques that made me a better parent thou I promiseed myself I would never be like that it,s no way for a child to be raised.and I have lived up to that promis.

one who doesn't respect what their kid need's and want's/ want's to do.for example, if your kid want's to hang with some friends at 6:30 (already dark where i live) and they don't let them, thats a bad parent or not leting their child go to sleep over at a friends house after they got back from dinner (kid babysitting younger sibblings) at 9:30 or 10:00(happening right now as we speak).

Letting your child do something that you know is harmful to them.
If you say no, they'll be mad for a while, but it's better for them and that makes you a GOOD parent.

A bad parent is one who dismisses or negates a child's perspective just because he/she's a child, or squashes the child's hopes and dreams.
