Is there any way to protect windows user account by password and then it cannot be deleted unless password is given,also administrator cannot delete it unless he or she give password?

so we turn the key and we have full power but NO start, RE tunr the key and it roars to life??? we just had a saftey done at a not so great place, 2 days later we have this no start issue, hubby thinks spark plug may have been tampered with??
so we have power, but no start, no noice, just no start, then second attemp of turning key, it raors to life no issue...HELP

i had dental work done on my teeth for last 14 months and i been taking the premeds, but the last 4 days i been getting stong chest pains , i never had them before. i think its conncted to the dental work, and i have an app today for a surgery to finsish a comlicated root canal. been there 4 xx already. anyways what is symptom of heart infection? can dental work be a problem today?

Sigh..was at the disgrace of a Lions game yesterday...our receiver's cant hold onto a ball , we couldnt use a running game againt the Viking's defense...and our defense isnt aggressive at all...Kitna threw for 294 yards..waaaay more than goldenboy Brady's 78 or the all-mighty Michael Vick's 155...I mean Harrington threw for 190 and Garcia 180, yet their teams WON yesterday...hmmm maybe it's not the QB at fault for the Lions' 2-11 record...any thoughts?

I have wanted to learn how to sew for a long time, but never bought a sewing machine. I was afraid not to be able to teach myself and have it sitting in a corner collecting dust. Now I am taking a class and am planning on buying one soon. I was wondering if you have any advice on sewing machines. Also, I would be interested to know whether you get good use out of yours and what kinds of projects you use it mostly for (home decorating, new clothes, adjustments, repairs, etc...).
