what are you talking about immigrants, you yourself go after others...like Dominicans...like this posting you did? you went after this girl...over and over again...what was your problem?

" Ew, please don't speak Spanish you ugly girl. Guys don't like black girls who think they're Spanish. Stop it. You don't like white guys who think they're black, do you? If you do, then you're a freak. "

"J.Lo is Puerto Rican. Camron Diaz....she stopped being "Latino" a loooong time ago. She is half Cuban, so she doesn't count anyway. Eva Longoria IS pretty dark, she's not black, but she is dark. Stop crying about that. Whitney Houston is black and dark, so why don't you like, go have sex with her? It's not because light skin women are prettier, they just happened to be more talented and smarter. You're probably really ugly, and trying to come up with excuses."

"You have to be SKINNY and PRETTY, which you are not. Oh well, too bad. "

WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM...GOING AFTER PEOPLE LIKE THAT??
GROW UP

I don't think the vast majority of Americans are against IMMIGRANTS, they just object to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. I personally feel that it is just adding chaos and logistical problems to our already over-taxed social services and hospitals.

Yes, we ALL came from immigrants, EVEN THOSE WE CALL NATIVE AMERICANS...yes, at some point in the early stages of human beings, the ancestors of the "Native Americans" crossed over the Bering Strait and immigrated to this land. But just because we all came to be here through immigration doesn't mean that we don't have a sovereign right to determine who comes here and by what means. We have a good system going here in America, and an uncontrolled influx of new bodies will simply swamp and sink it.

Of course, all people deserve the respect that is due to any human being. I object to the ACT of illegal immigration, but if someone has a car wreck and is in physical trouble, I'm not going to ask for a green card before I pull them out of a burning car! If someone is sick or injured, no one in their right mind is going to turn them away from the hospital because they aren't here legally...they're human beings.

However, all of these things don't change the fact that illegal immigrants need to be more effectively prevented from crossing our borders or overstaying their Visas. It's simply a matter of logistics...our system simply cannot handle the ever-increasing number of illegal immigrants on welfare, in our prisons, and in our schools where many do not know how to speak English. And if you want to bring up the "they will do the jobs that Americans won't do", I would correct you and say "they will do the jobs that Americans won't do, for a much lower wage than Americans will work for." Advocating using poor immigrants as a work force for our "crappiest" jobs is akin to using slave labor.

My suggestion is that the Mexican government get it together...take care of its people, stamp out corruption, and create jobs for those who honestly just want to work and support their families. It's not America's job to take up their slack.

God bless.

Well, Americans are not totally against immigrants who obtain legal means to enter our country. What the problem is Americans are fed up with the illegal aliens entering our country. One true fact America was built on Immigrants, however as a country we do not need an overflow of our borders. Think like this if a group of people move into your house and set up to live would you allow them to stay?

The problem with immigration is that people from other countries who do not speak English come into our country and do not adapt to our culture. I love how culturely diverse America is, BUT when people look at me nasty because I do not speak Spanish in my own country I think it's rude. If I were to go out of the country into Japan, I would be expected to speak Japanese and adapt to their culture. It's just common curtesy. It should hold the same here in America. Yes, keep your own language, but learn ours if you want to live here.

Another problem is that there are to many people coming into the US. I live in Jersey. Because of immigration the population here has skyrocketed and it's impossible to get around anymore. There are just so many people here and the people here are having children which adds to the population, add immigration that is that many more people coming over. It will soon cause poverty because there are too many people, and not everyone is working.

So really, atleast in my opinion, it's not because they are from a different country or they are ethnically different that they are disliked, it's the situation it's causing that is not liked. I have many Spanish friends, Asian friends, Dominican friends who are only a few generations into being in America. I myself am Icelandic and only the third generation to be here. But if you are going to come over and use our funds but not work or not adapt to our ways, then I see no point in causing the rest of us to suffer.

People don't have a problem with immigrants. It's the illegal-immigrants that people have a problem with. They need to go home, come here the legal way and pay taxes to help pay for the services they use everyday like roads, benefits, medicaid, schools, and all the other things that taxes pay for.

I don't think people dislike legal immigrants. There might be some difference of opinions in the case of illegal immigration. I personally like everybody. By the way, I am a naturalized American from Russia.

If these people came into this country legally and paid taxes like the rest of us, that's good. Illegal immigrants are just that, they are ILLEGAL they do not pay taxes, they expect to be treated as Americans with all of our privileges. In most cases they can receive medical attention better then a legal citizen. And the bill is paid by the American tax payer.
Why is the southern border of Mexico locked up tight to prevent immigrants trying to get into Mexico, but the Mexican government expects our southern border to be wide open for their people to come and go as they please ?
My answer to you is no. I do not like ILLEGALS coming to this country.

More prosperity, a lot more secure and extra steady. Not rough to determine this one out. Actually, rather few Russians have come to Canada over time. Far extra Ukrainians got here right here from the historic Austro-Hungarian Empire earlier than 1914 ... a couple of Ukrainians have come in view that then.

The fact that you like it here has nothing to do with anything. Some of us feel there are entirely too many immigrants coming here. They ignore our laws and clammer for rights as if they are citizens when in fact they are nothing more than uninvited party crashers.
