consult a doctor. never heard of this situation before but you should also see if you have waited to have sex as much as your doctor told you to.

.could be due to nerve/muscle damage due to surgery,maybe you need more time to heal,did they take everything such as ovaries? may need lubrication. you may have scar tissue/adhesion's,call your Dr and have him check you.
