Hey, babe.
Don't fret. Millions of people have zits.
If you can afford it, go to a reputable dermatologist for treatment.
Or if you'd like to try over-the-counter products, Neutragena's Oil-free Acne Wash is good. There's no need for you to invest in a toner because I believe it's a waste of money since the toner just momentarily closes your pores. For the pimple treatment, get the On-The-Spot Neutragena cream! It works!
Drinking lots of plain water is also beneficial for your health and for the health of your skin. A good tip I received from a Chinese master is to drink at least 1/2 litre of water every day at 9 AM, 3 PM and 9 PM. The reason being that your liver works at its hardest at those times.
Good luck! And a little exercise and breathe of fresh air never hurts anyone!

Hi,
Best thing is to go to the doctor as you may be allegic to something or have acne. It is better to sort the problem out than wait and they possibly scar. Normally a mild dose of antibotics clears most spots up. Hope they go soon!

My sister spent a bomb on anti spot lotions from one of the posh brands, at the counter at John Lewis. All it did was empty her bank balance (something like £80), and burn her face, and make her spots worse.
So don't panic buy "the best" - cause its often not the best imo.

You haven't said as to whether you get these all the time, you may find its what you have been eating. You must eat veg if you want to keep the spots at bay, in the mean time try Tea- Tree gel it is very good, but PLEASE do not pick them
You can buy in any boots or super drug its about £1.75

You should see your doctor. Acne is completely treatable these days and is nothing to be embarrassed about. You could also go to a skincare counter and ask for their advice on the best products for your skin type. I have had the same problem for a long time, however, some creams have managed to help and calm the problem down. Don't worry!

Just use lots of cleansers, face packs and toners. . . that should get rid of them within a few days. Everyday, if possible.
