I had a baby 3 months ago and my hair has been failing out like crazy. I was taking my prenatals but I stopped because they make me hungry and I've gained back some of the weight that I lost. Can someone recommend some vitamins or something that I can do to stop the hair loss and make my hair strong and healthy again?
To give you more detailed about my hair type, Im african american and my hair is relaxed...I need treatments suitable for my hair type...

How do any of you know that is gesture of saying Xmas instead of christmas is insulting to Christ? When was his displeasure doctmented? Did I miss the bulletin? Show me a verse or something that says this is disrespectful to Christ

You can't can you? Why is that? Probably because there is no mention of Christmas at all in the Bible, therefore how can this be viewed as some kind of insult

I am confused as to why some black people, mainly african americans, are continually claiming people of other races as black people? Prime examples are Jesus, who was an Aramaic Speaking Hebrew, Cleopatra, who was an ethnic Greek, last in line of Ptolemy Dynasty, A couple of early popes, who happened to be born in the Roman province of "Africa" which was actually on the coast of modern Algeria and Libya (where the inhabitants have never been black), and most commonly the ancient Egyptians, of whom we have various mummified bodies, so we know their DNA and appearance was not African(check out pictures of Ramses2, copper coloured straight hair, huge hooked nose), nor dit they speak a language connected in any way to any spoken in sub saharan africa. Ive even heard claims that an ancient Pictish king was actually black, and that my own people the Assyrians were really black, so therefore i couldnt be one! Mind you Simon Bolivar WAS actually black, as was Victor Hugo(well partly).

I have an 11 year old son, and its time for the "talk" I want to educate him the best way I can ecspeacially about teenage pregnancies and even though I dont condon underage sex, I want to also educate him on protection and the precautions if he dosent use it. I dont want him to be another teenage statistic, I want him to be smart and well educated and when the time comes he does get sexually involved I want him to be responsible about it (Oh God I hope that day doesnt happen any time soon). Are there any good books out there he can read, and for discussion do parents out there have any advice how I would approach my son about this? I feel its important. Thank you
