My 7 year old daughter is beyond fresh. Tells me (daily) she hates me when she doesn't get her way. Just refuses to obey. I've tried typical punishments, taking away toys, grounding, spanking, to no avail. She seems to think its her way or NO WAY. She hits me, throws things, screams, cries. Any suggestions before I really lose it?

I'm a stay at home mom of two who arent old enough to go to school. My goals were put on hold due to me having babies right away. I do obtain a cosmetology liscense but can't put it to use outside of home due to me not having any money to put children into daycare in order for me to work. I'm very lucky in the sense knowing that I'm not force to work right now but sooner or later I will have to work due to bills pilling up and I just feel obligated to help release some stress off of hubby who at this moment is now taking care of all responsibilities and at the same time I would feel much better not being broke and regaining my freedom any advice out there?

I ran into him 9 month sago and we hit it off,i was stil bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating(they r mutual freinds)he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his amr around me,he did till i lsept,he was sucha gentman,things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who was trying to get me back)i saw him again 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there and upset that we liked eachother.There is not a day that goes by that I dont think about this guy.I sent him a text a couple weeks after that night and he never replied.I saw him at a party 6 months later he walked in withanother girl(although they did not apear to be'together')hesawmeandlookedawayquick.Mybrotherisalso freinds with him(my brother is best friends with my ex)my brother says he'digs'me,but is scared.

Saturday i got out of my car and my lower right quadrant was sore , sunday it was also sore but a little better, Monday it was still a littlesore but not as bad, Tuesday it was soo bad i missed school and felt very nascious, Wednesday it moved to my left quadrant, today it feels a little better every now and then there's a little sting but the pain isn't too bad. I ate and didn't throw up or anything and i dont have a fever.
