my pc screen is moving-literally;wave-like motion causing the size of the screen changing in size-cud anybody?

please help...im very worried and reaaly dont know what to do....

Could also be to close to a power-source. Make sure it is not near a fuse-box.

If you're using a CRT screen and not an LCD screen, then its likely that the "guns" inside the CRT are starting to get faulty.

It could be something interfering with it (radio, cell phone, etc.), or it could be that the monitor is about to die.
