Yes they should be educated about sex because the aim of sex education is preparing a person to lead a healthy life. The most important threat to the mother earth is increasing population of human being. For successful population control, females should be educated about sex. another threat is sexually transmitted diseases. In order to make them aware, about its control, sex education is very essential.

Females do get a fair level of sex education from their moms and aunts etc. but it is the guys who need a clear education. Poor folks, there is no clear indication when he attains puberty, his friends are equally confused and rumours/myths start circulating. Of course the spread of internet hs helped a lot for the current gen kids.
