I love him always and will always will. We met again after 4 years. But he is in the US and I am in South America. He wants to come down to see me but he says he is not the same anymore as for health and money. I don't care, I love him for what he is. We are getting old and time flies fast. There is not that I can tell to make him believe that he is still good and that's him that I love. He even believes that, but he can not accept that a woman can live with an impotent guy. To me, it is his heart, his silly self that I love. Please, is there anything else to convince him? I need good English because I am not a native and sometimes as much as I write I mess up words and I don't want him to be confusing with my words. I know my English is not bad but I want some good advice that I can read and then try to tell him how I feel. Thanks for the help.

I regularily flirt with a woman at work; via email, face to face, through people second hand, complimenting each other etc and I am quite confident that there is a mutual attraction.

Although, she has a partner of 9 years! I sometimes feel very guilty of that fact, but then I think 'well, flirting is harmless, we havent really done anything!'.

We was all given the option to re apply for new jobs in the company as our admin jobs were been rolled into one so one unlucky person would get that. Turns out it's me. The Dirctor married the finance manager and she has got her 22 year old sister with no experience, who has been there for 18 months for a gap year, She got one of the jobs. A older woman who has been there for 6 months got the other. I have ended up with the admin job. I'm 31 and have been there for 4 years. They have stabbed me in the back. Any ideas how i can get them back? The truth is you don't have a friend at work. Not where money is involved. Also the admin manager is really shallow, and wants to keep me near her because i'm the only one who listens to her crappy conversation and can do the job better than most. She's so shallow that if I made an enemy of her she would make my life hell. Please help? I wish I could teach them that they can't play with peoples lives for their own selfish reasons.

The ditch runs across the rear of my lot. My lot also extends past the ditch on the backside another 15 feet. So the ditch is completely encapsulated by my property. The city maintains the ditch. I was told by one of the kids mothers that since it is a city maintained easement, that the kids arent even on my property and therefore not trespassing. She believes they have a perfect right to play there as she considers it city property. This seems crazy to me and I would think that even though it is an easement it is still part of my property and therefore I still maintain the right to deny trespass.

about 2 days after getting new underwear that lace around the edges, that i was getting bumps on my panty line between my legs... so i stopped wearing them, and it started to some what clear up.. but that was two weeks ago and there are more.. they are red, no puus, no blisters, just red spots that every now and then get irratated and itch and i scratched so hard once, that i broke the skin and made 2 bleed just a dot of blood.. and when i scratched them they get a little swollen swollen.. once i stopped it went back down.. but they are still there and i don't know what this could be.. what do you think it might be.. i have a doctors appointment friday.. but i just want to some what prepare myself.. ???????? please help and be honest and kind, i'm scared!
