It could just be that the lace irritated your skin. Now that your skin is already irritated, just walking around can make it worse. I think that's all it is. Try just wearing loose sweat pants or PJ pants for today and no underwear. I would get an anti-itch cream (like with 2% diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This is an antihistamine. Get it at the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what they think before you buy it and use it. I would lay on the couch today with your legs open (sorry, sounds bad), the anti-itch cream on, and the very loose pants or just a nightgown. I think it will help.

It's quite possible that you have sensitive skin, and that your skin rubbing against the lace, which can be very irritating, caused a mild rash. You may have also been allergic to the material of the lace or the dyes in them, especially if you wore them without washing them first.
If they're just red itchy bumps, it's probably just an allergic-type reaction, even just a sensitivity to the new lacy panties. A bacterial or viral infection would cause some sort of a blister. I'd suggest using a hypo-allergenic lotion (no dyes, no scents) for a few days, see if that helps any. You could also try some cortizone cream to help with the itching.

It doesn't sound like anything major. This usually occurs when you are shaving your pubic hairs with a razor, and it is a little irriated. If you are going to shave your hairs with a razor, make sure that you are always using a new and clean one. Your vagina area is very, very sensitive. After shaving, you need to buy this rub for bumps called Tend Skin, it is in a navy blue bottle. You can usually find Tend Skin at the beauty supply stores. It works so much better than rubbing alcohol, after rubbing some of the Tend Skin on the affected area, the bumps should go away after a couple of days. Have a Blessed One.

You have sensitive skin in that area. Throw the lacy things out and don't buy any more unless you like the red bumps. I had the same thing happen, but the skin there isn't all that thick and it irritated me. Since then it's cotton only and I"ve never had a problem since.

There is really no way to know for sure what is going on.I don't think you have an STD but wait to see what the doctor says about it and don't worry until then. It sounds like an allergic reaction to me. Good luck.

It sounds like a rash for the material. Try keeping that area aired out. and use itch cream after airing for awhile.
Doesn't sound like any std to me.
