Last Friday night, I finally worked up enough nerve to quit smoking. I had been smoking for 14 years, 20-30 cigarettes a day and I decided I had enough. This would be my first REAL attempt at quitting. I decided to go cold turkey, my husband joined me.
I was smoke free, without any cigarettes for 4 days when I had an emotional break down. I was just crying, depressed, throwing things, etc. Needless to say, I lit a cigarette. Followed by 6 more.
Next day, which is today, I have been smoking like normal again. I don't want to smoke though. I WANT to quit. I felt so great just in those 4 days! I had so much more air in my lungs and I loved to walk and breathe the fresh air. I felt very disappointed in myself that I relapsed.
Tomorrow I am going back on the wagon. If I did it the first time, even if only for 4 days then I can do it again! I can quit.
I need tips though from previous ex-smokers who have relapsed. How do you get back on that wagon?

My man and his friend always hang out and text each other like crazy. He don't even text me hardly. We don't do anything together. We don't hardly have sex no more either. Should I be worried? my boyfriend and i have been fighting alot over his drinking,he goes out and parties with his friends and his daughter and i stay at home.he tends not to come home when he drinks,he has disappeared every weekend and some times in the middle of the week.he will say he will be back but he never is,he wont come home til the next day.he lost a job over it,and has almost lost this one.i tell him leaving because i cant handle being so lonely,he wont take me anywhere all i do is work and come home.we made a deal,he can go out on saterdays and come home sunday morning as long as he shows me some attention once and a while,and takes me to a movie or somthing edleast twice a month.he said okay,but he still wont and i still allow him to go out every saterday.i keep forgiving and i dont know why,i know i can get some one who will treat me soooo much better,he said he loves me and he will try to show me but after 4 years should i still hope or walk out

I have 3 daughters a son and a husband. We all found out we had head lice a month ago. My son and husband shaved their heads and my daughters cut over 5 inches off of their hair each and I cut 14 inches off of mine. I treated everyone with Rid and picked nits for hours and hours. I cleaned the house and did all the laundry. I did the second treatment 7 days later and in another week they were back. I did it again. The whole thing all over again. And again they are back. I have spent over $200 doing this and yet we still have lice. I don't know what to do. My daughters are all missing school and this is breaking me financially. I have gone through this before succesfully so I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am going to lose my mind here. I can't shave their heads becuase they are girls in middle school. Any real advice would help. Please.

she is the grandmother and the parents are divorced and the dad dosnt want them the mom dosnt want them and they threw them on a 69 year old women no husband either she lives on a monthy check and i have fed these kids and gave them clothes from my 4 kids /they range from age 1 to 16 its a shame people have all these kids and then desert them , how can i get some donations to buy them christmas i sure cant afford it i have 4 of my own and i love kids but i need help to help her... ?

In Indiana (where I live) a creditor can go to court and have a judgement placed against your wages without you even knowing it - but I want to know what is the maximum percentage a creditor can take from your wages - is it 25% - AND - is it true that only one garnishment can be applied to your wages at one time ... ??? From the age of ten to the age of fourteen i was a victim of some horrible molestering..The last time i ever let him touch me was at the age of fourteen..I was literally shaking for three days after the last time he had his fun wih me..He was five years older than me and one of my brothers friends and still is..I still have not said anything about it and i dont know how..I dont want him lying to me denying what he did to me.How much he destroyed me with touching me..I know till this very day that he is still molestering little boys and girls..Am i the only one that knows he is not a good person .He has pulled the wool over everyones eyes.They say oh david he's harmless and then i am speechless and powerless to say anything. They have been full on brain washed. and i dont think thee is anything i can do now because it has been so long..I will never forget what he did to me and i need justice..
