I have had a similar experience and this is from the female side. My partner had longer fingers so I made sure they were clean and had him go fishing! If you are not successful and it did not come out on it's own in a day or two I would see a doctor. This is quite common! You can have your partner try different positions because some make the vagina shorter! I hope she is not worried about getting pregnant. If that is the case she should take take the morning after pill.

Pee hole surgery? Where the condom and you would enter her is not her pee hole. She needs to get that condom out or be at risk of infection.

Actually having heard stories from hospital workers it is a common thing. Are you sure it did not come out? and she does need to the doctor who will extract by opening her the same way she gets a pap smear.

No it won't, she needs to go to see a doctor/nurse who can remove it. She'll also need to take emergency contraception as long as this didn't happen over 72 hours ago.
