Its a fetish in which a person derives pleasure from the idea of a person, usually a girl, being inflated to greater and greater proportons. The inflation can involve certain parts of the body, such as breasts, butt, hips, and/or belly, or the entire body of the inflatee can be effected. Most inflation fetish lovers stick to pictures, cartoons, and stories of people being inflated, but I hear that in real life some people enjoy this fetish by wearing inflatable body suits or sticking hoses up openings of the body (won't go into more details than that).
