The baby should be fine, you cut them right when you started feeling they were too tight.
When I was 8 months pregnant with my last child A dog of our yanked me down and I fell right on my stomach and the baby moved/jerked when I fell on her. I even skinned up my arm, I went and had the baby checked out , the doctor said she sounded fine and the baby is protected by the amniotic fluid.
So i wouldnt worry.

relax, I had to do the same thing for my sister's wedding (wear Control Top Pantyhose) and I was super worried, things went just fine, they make maternity pantyhose, about $25-30, too much for just a few uses....

There won't be any internal damage...you would have had to be more than just 'uncomfortable' have caused any harm.

Time to switch to maternity pantyhose, or at least thigh highs.

no you're baby is protected by a lot of fluid and your body. I wouldn't wear them again because extended constriction can be bad but one time won't hurt the baby.

they would not hurt a baby in your tummy, but they were probably not very comfy. your body took care of the problem by telling you that it hurts. Your baby is fine, just listen to your body. if it hurts then dont do it.

No. The baby is floating around inside you perfectly fine. She didn't even know you had them on.
