This is rediculous! And is exactly why I hate the college Bowl games! Just because Michigan lost to the No.1 team in the country (barely) should not keep them out! It goes to show that they don't want 2 big 10 teams playing for a national title! So its not based on ability? Its based on what they want? One thing is for sure: USC is not that good! And they do not deserve to be ranked second! I'll stick with watching the NFL. Its a greedy buisiness, but at least they give every team a free shot at a superbowl title!

Please help me get some peace & quiet....!
My young Billy-the-Ninja Warrior wannabe has two or three PC CD ROM Games that, when he plays on the desk top run for about ten or twenty minuites then freeze or crash with no error message. One in particular, WARHAMMER 40,000 Dawn of War - Winter Assault, is perticularly prone to this flaw. Any ideas as to why?
I'm running XP & Norton Internet Security 2006 ( for now!). is this a firewall issue? I doubt it as he does not game on line. I've tried removing & re-installing to no avail.

The reason I ask is because I noticed a number of countries are starting to form economic alliances amongs themselves. As a result for the Iraq war, a number of our allies are trying to distance themselves as much as possible from the US. We owe China and Saudi Arabia billions of dollars and the deficit is at an all time high because of the war. Do you think we will be isolated economically by the international community if we do not change our policy in Iraq?

Ive been dating a nice man in a city 20 km away. He's divorced 2x he says. 3 kids. we see eachother only on Sunday nites. For 3 months now. he drives here. We havent made it to 3rd base, he backed off from it 2x already. it took 3 months to get his number. Every time ive tried to call voicemail came up right away.
I would like to know what to do physically to get involved into his life. He says he just moved in with a friend. and now his internet is gone too. I am seeing him tonight. tonight i want to tell him im having these thoughts. or im gone. How should i approach this without seeming too clingy. there is no proof--- but "the only thing that makes sense- is that none of it makes sense to me"

I had a baby 10 mo ago.. Before i was preg. I was @ 120. Which I worked very hard to get..When i was preg I weighed 154. I now weigh 140.. I work full-time (@ a desk) and im very active around my house, but it seems to not get the baby fat off..I live on a street tha has cars that fly up the street, and Where i live its cold, so walking with the baby is out of the ? I dont have the mo to go to the gym and dont have a reliable babysitter. what is the trick.. I want to lose 20lbs. any tips?

Ok, so heres my problem, I live in a house with my dad and sister, and currently my boyfriend. Well, my dad has smoked for over 30 years, and the house is always smelling like smoke. My boyfriend starts telling me how he can't believe that my dad smokes in the house and doesnt "care" about me and my sisters health. He said we are prolly going to die when we're 35. I tell him I've tried to tell my dad about his smoking but its his house. You can't tell someone whos been smoking for over 30 years to quit their habits 123. The only recipe I can find for making pasta has 6 eggs in it, which seems like a lot.

I'm trying to write a piece exploring a coherence/holistic interpretation of knowledge where statements/theories are mutually supporting.

I am looking for a good example. "Evolution" is just too contentious and, as yet, too unspecific in its conlusions. "Plate techtonics" was another idea, but it seems just too singular in its output - not so much a group of inter-related theories but the only available meta-theory to stick onto the base thoeries.

What I'm really after is to be able to ask "how do we know X" and to have a group of theories supporting X, say, A, B, C and I can say "we could just as well started by asking how we know B"

Anyone got any ideas?

I have very pale skin and is quite blotchy so I have to wear foundation... Also, my skin is quite dry at times and my skin always seems to be cracking especially in the cold weather... I hate having to wear foundation everyday, I just wish I could be more natural and wear minimum make-up....

Why do some christians say that the word catholic was made up somewhere in 400 a.d. when theres more then 3 sources stating the word universal church before 400 a.d. most notably Ignatius of Antioch... which all christian theologians except as a good source... so why do you claim the word catholic wasn't used until 400a.d.?
