I have HAD to learn to say no. I just got involved in too many things...and my life was not my own. If people don't understand...then that is their fault. We can not be all things to all people. We have to love ourselves first in order for anyone else to love and understand us. If you aren't good to yourself...then who will be?
Guilt is when you do something wrong...and regret it later. I don't feel guilty about saying no.

No...dang it now I feel bad. In all seriousness I try to never say anything I do not mean and I am never in a place where I feel guilty for saying what I truly feel.

It depends what I'm saying no to..... but on average, no I can't. I feel guilty almost every time I say it. Even if its justifable and appropriate. Sad aren't I?
