go for a 1-2mile walk around a local park and bing the baby! also go to the zoo the baby will love it and you'll be walking alot.
20-30crunches a day
15cross crunches a day per leg
20-30 deep squatts
jump in place or with a rope for 1-1 1/2 min.
eat fruit and oat meal
eat right daily
watch the servings but don't starve yourself.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs!

You can try walking around ur desk. Doing some excersiseby yourself at home. Or I have heard of these places were u do excersise with ur baby. You can also do that same thing at home. Not only will you spend time with ur baby. You will excersise and loose weight and ur baby will also get a good excersise.

Make sure you drink your 8 - 8oz glasses (or more) of water a day. I think the easiest thing to do after a baby is situps. You can do them on the floor with the baby or quietly while they are napping. I would do them 2-3 times a day and it worked for me.

Excersise regularly, but don't lose too much weight at once because that's not good for you. It took you 9 months to gain that weight, and it'll take a long time to get rid of it. Good luck!

hay there i had my son a year ago ow, i still cant get rid, just a little round the tummy you know how it is, ive tried everything. however one thing i did notic is my tummy tightend up and got firm by me oing 10 sit ups b4 going bed, if you find any tips of losing baby fat please let me know lol. thanx hope you get the answer your looking for
