I was working a job and was able to meet various people that I am fortunate to run across. Anyway, this one particular man came in and I promise-----made me weak in the knees--- and very seldom would you find me speechless. The wonderful thing about it is that he found me just as attractive and wow! are the sparks there. The problem- our lives are on two different roads. I am newley single and have two marvelous boys and he has never been married and well on his feet where I am still struggling to stay afloat. I think I let my pride stand in the way but I definately don't want to give the impression that I am looking for someone to take care of me. We get along so well and already finish one another's sentences. Should i go for the gusto or not? Do you think that we could actually be soulmate's? I am definately dazed and confused.

l have always wondered and l thought l could be answered.Pastors tend to remind the Congregation to pay their tithe and sometimes the poor are made to feel that they are not nearer to God enough if they fail to.its like they do not belong . the result being some people can't even be buried in Church grave yards even if they have been worshiping at the same church since birth for as long as their names do not appear on the tithe contribution list.Is money the main issue than beliefs.Is the ability to pay tithe the earthly reward to life and Death Church membership ?

Last night my husband had awful gas ( which is not so unusual for him ), but he also had pain in the lower right abdomen, so bad that he couldnt stand up straight, lie on his back or on his left side. (Even though the pain was on the right side.). Any ideas what this could be? He often gets really bad gas, but the pain is new. Also, any reasons for this continued bad gas problem? Its like his stomach is almost having spasms.

It was a good system of controlling people and scare tactics for centuries but science is just proving religion wrong more so everyday. Ever hear of evolution? Astronomy? Physics? I'm not saying that there wasn't a creator, that I'll let fly, but the fairy tales that go along with god are pathetic. People still believe that Jesus was resurrected? That a burning bush told Moses not to kill his son? That Muslims believe eating pigs is going to send you to hell? I'm not even going to get into anything else because it's so unbelievable. What gives? Is it just a tradition nowadays?

I'm trying to begin a story where a boy watches the murder of his parents by occupying soldiers, preferably hiding under a car on a rainy, cobblestone road. It would have to involve some kind of military occupation, one that would involve mistreatment of civillians. I want the story to begin there, but skip ahead to present, where the boy has grown up and is now between 27 and 32 years old. He would have to be able to end up in the U.S.A., and have learned a few languages.

I want his ethnicity to be something close to middle eastern, dark skinned, but not black, or even possibly European caucasion. I don't care whether he would have had the chance to be educated, because I'm going to escape him to another location where he will be educated.

Any ideas on a good location, time, and ethnicity? I'll do all the research, I just need a starting point. Thanks for all your help!

i posted in another thred "scared to let my baby teil fly" well turns out i had good need to worrie,i became so worried about my baby birds condition, i rang a expert who came to my home to check "Dusty" and he said that "he" as store sold him was in fact a "she" and that she was approx 8 weeks old NOT "12 weeks plus" as sold, he said she was suffering from server malnutrition and her lack of head feathers looked like the result of other birds "ripping them out of her head" :(
she was in such a bad way that she has had to be taken in to recive specalist care and is being feed from a spoon every 2 hours,a deiet used for new born chicks, i only had dusty 2 days and i knew from day one something wasnt right, so why do stores employ ppl to look after animals with out first making them take "what i think" should be compulsry training course?
i was told had i not contacted for help Dusty would have been lucky to make it through the weekend, how do workers in these stores sleep at night?

I am a guitarist / songwriter. There are no musicians around here, but I want to take my writing to the next level. Add drums, keyboard, maybe some other stuff to. This guy I've know for a year now, he works in a different department. But I've seen him almost everyday for a year. Just for a couple of minutes here and there. But we've kind of become, I guess what you could call acquaintances to semi friends. We've joked with each other, we share some of the same friends. I've always been nothing but nice to him I think anyway. He's even been as nice to pat me on the back when I was having a bad day. But today I was walking out of the building, he happened to be coming my way, he just looked at me. He already had a grouchy look on his face. It wasn't like he put it on just when he saw me. He looked at me for a couple of seconds and then looked away. I said hello and then he turned real quick with no smile and said hey. Why would someone act like this was he just having a bad day. Or was it me? And even if you're having a bad day, don't you acknowledge someone you know. He's not a stranger. I guess I thought he'd say hi first.
