ok well last week i asked about sleep paralysis, thanks for ur answers. i have another question... is there any treatment? like i heard from sites that its just coz we are all tired ect ect..but u know what the weird thing is??i live in aust, i've only had it in austra and when i was little in malaysia, last year, i went away with my best friend to china and malaysia and i was tired most of the nites and i didnt have any sp. So im so confused, it usually happens when im alone. and another thing, its prob a psychological thing but everytime b4 i have sp, i always see a black human figure.. whereever i blink i see it all the time.

the man is a good friend of my my best friends father. I have known my best friend for 13 years. the guy is a good guy and I have known him for about 2 years now.. I know and am friends with his two brothers also. there is a little flirting between us, there could be more it seems. his mother and brothers love me and my friends say i should go and try, I am only 21 but I am told by co-workers, professors and friends that I am very mature for my age. it's all very scary on its own but having friends and family reactions to worry about worries me. I know that if there is love thats all that matters and those who have herd the situations between he and I agree that we'd be a good match and they'd be there no matter what. I am just afraid to take that step to see if the match exists.

I know that I will need a USB microphone, and that I must plug it into a usb port, but then what? Don't laugh, I am usually pretty adept at figuring things out without much assistance. Maybe if I alraedy had the microphone, I'd be able to figure things out from there. I guess I am doing what I often do... Wanting to know something before hand.

What I am really asking is where does the recorded voice get saved to, a file? If so, where would the file be saved? in windows media player (which is the only program I have for sound media)
Some one mentioned something about needing quicktime player, is that really necessary? I'm wanting to keep this very simple, as the voice/narration will only be used to describe photo's posted on a website and within Powerpoint presentations on CD's. I do want the best results I can get though, poor quality wont cut it, I'm going to sell my end results, so it's got to be good. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Like I said I am really looking into the ipod 30g and the zune. Please don't just post to this "Zune is gay" or "ipod is pointless" actually back it up.
