Sounds like an anxiety disorder. To be specific a panic disorder. If you fell a sudden fright or terror for no apparent reason you could be having a panic attack. Panic attacks could cause chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach pain, and sometimes a feeling that you are going to die. If it keeps on happening you should talk to you doctor. It's something that can be taken care of through therapy, or anxiety medication. It's highly treatable.
