My question was phrased wrong a few minutes ago. I am meeting a guy tomorrow and we are friends. I want to be more than friends with him but he doesn't see things my way. There's this guy in school that likes me and continues to ask me out (note to people who have answered previous questions of mine, it is not the same guy that likes me and his friends bug me, totally different guy). But I don't like this guy, he's weird, annoying, and friends of mine that went out with him before said not to go out with him if he asked. He's annoying because he tickles me, does that back thing where you slide your finger down and it feels weird, asks me to come to his house (he lives near our school), he constantly talks about video games, and now he's asking for my email address. I want to get rid of this guy so badly but I don't want to hurt him (I'm the sympathetic type, and sometimes it sucks). I have tried telling him that I'm not ready to start dating, and it didn't work, he just said that we could be closer. Please help!

I want to purchase a video camera for my father who will be 65 in February. It has to be something that won't be too hard for him to understand. He likes mechanical things, but he does not own a computer, so it cannot be anything he has to hook up to a computer. Is there anything you would recommend that would be simple for him to use that he can use on video tapes? He does have a VCR. I want one that isn't too cheap and not too expensive. I would like some opinions on brand names that will last and any recommendations and to battery life etc. Thank you in advance.

I had a person who was interested in buying my house who act like they wanted to buy my house...
They wanted to negotiate the price so the loan officer made a request for an appraisel which was extremely low.
they loan officer is not to be doing any kind work dealing with loans in the state of geaorgia because she had submitthed in false information regarding a loan(CEASE AND DESIST ORDER)

The buyer also was previously on federal probation for fraud using a fake social sec num to obtain a loan. also had 3 forcloseurs in 2001. 2002. 2005 and filed bankruptys. They are scam artist pretty much. I also seen the same loan oficer pay his bond and her ex husband was his lawyer.... story goes on.....

they did this purposely there are more details like this was a lease purchase aggreement etc

in my house, AND they went past where they are allowed to go. I tore into them, and spanked them both, AND I told them we were not going to go to Seaworld, as planned. But now I am feeling guilty, as we have been going through a REALLY hard time here at home, and their dad is gone, and we are moving in about 2 weeks,
and their life has pretty much been turned upside down in the last month. Should I give in and take them, or stick with it?
