Hi there again...animal welfare needs are met by individuals who take the time to educate themselves in the interest of being a responsible pet owner. Sorry, this question is more difficult to understand.

People often have pets to satisfy their own needs. Pets can be very comforting, but the relationship must be two way.
Goldfish in tiny tanks, dogs kept inside without being taken for walks, Tropical animals kept in wholly the wrong conditions. If you want a pet, you must be prepared to treat it correctly. Greater fines and punishments for those that don't look after their pets. perhaps have gcse in pet welfare- why not?

I am not sure of the question that you are asking.
I can only suggest that you ask Wood Green Animal Shelters. I think that the link is www.woodgreen.co.uk - but if that is wrong, just put 'wood green animal shelter' in to your search engine.
We have a dog from there and she is wonderful. They are really nice people there, too! Talk to them.

Responsible pet owners should know what animal welfare needs are and if they don't they shouldn't have pets.

Its just the same as taking care of a child or a elderly person they are living beings also and that's why we need services that represent animals like we have services that represent humans.
