For males---anything is fine except activities that tightly compress his testicles--like bike riding. Also, no hot tubs.
For women, anything is fine as long as you stay hydrated and only do as much as your body can withstand.

I think the best exercise is not stressing out about it. It almost seems like an accidental pregnancy happens faster than a planned pregnancy. Make sure you're taking folic acid or a prenantal vitamin, shoot, make him take one, too. Good luck trying! It can be stressful and enjoyable, but try to keep it enjoyable.

YOGA! This is a great way to create intimacy and it is also known for opening up your pelvic area and enhancing blood flow. There are a lot of great sites with info about this, just type in yoga and pregnancy in you search engine. There are some yoga studios that specialize in enhancing fertility. Check with your local studios to see if they offer it.
