Sample wordings for employee appreciation?

I need some samples wordings to be printed on the plague for employee appreciation or recognition for their hard work during the year.

i have done this in the past and found it depends on the individual..i used things they had said in the past..lik one person was retireing and i put on his plague 'its time for a well deserved break". others i have used are "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going". "one in a million"..it makes it so much more special when the compliment actually fits the person..good luck
