Why is it when a bus filled with schoolchildren goes off a road (fill in your own example of a disaster) and 40 seven year olds are killed yet one survives there is always someone who says 'praise God for saving little Jimmy'. What about the other 40 lives that were just snuffed out?


At the very least God must have been neutral otherwise why save only little Jimmy, yet time and time again I see people have thier faith in God increased at such times thanks to the 'miracles' such as the survival of one kid in 40. Can you explain this way of thinking?

How can i reduce stretch marks?
I am only 16 and have some on my hips and thighs, i have been told there is a way to reduce how they look, i just dont know how.
I also know that they porbably will not go completly, just want to make them look a bit more faded if you know what i mean.

on the way home from work, stop at a pharmacy and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson. be very sure to get this brand.

when you get home, lock your doors, close the blinds and take the phone off the hook so that you will not be disturbed. change into very comfatable clothing and sit in your favorite chair.

open the package and remove the thermometer. now, carefully place it on a table or surface so that it will not become chipped or broken. take out the literature and read it carefully. you will notice that in small print there is a statement.....

"every rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested."

now, close your eyes and repeat out loud five times, " i am soooo glad i do not work in the thermometer quality control at Johnson & Johnson.

Hello! My son was playing in the basement on his computer this morning. All of a sudden, all of the power went out in the basement. (Lights, dehumidifier, computer, etc) We tried resetting the fuse box, but to no avail. Nothing else in the house is off. Any ideas? Suggestions? Thanks!

Well simply she has an std that she says is in remission and it is one that cant be tested in men and men dont know they have it. She claims that she cant have children vaginaly because of it or she would pass it on. She refuses to tell me what it is that she has and I am tring to protect me and future relationships. This is all I know of the std. What are the possible stds that I have been in contact with? Does she have any obligations to disclose this info to me other than morally? Should I contact local health dept.?

She's been going with him for almost two years and he's been at our house only 4 times. I feel like she's trying to avoid having him around me. She doesn't mind when my husband bumps into the two of them. They have drinks occasionally together when I'm not around. He knows him better than I do. And I point this out to her too. When her boyfriend makes plans to show at our cardealership business for his truck repairs etc. it seems like she tries to get me out of there or makes excuses so that I leave. Later I find out, everybody has gone out to eat or have a few drinks.
I feel hurt. I have been very nice to this man, cooked a meal when he HAS been at our house, for him & I like what I know of him. I don't understand why she's being so evasive with him around me and not my husband (he's very critical )???
