Simple as seeing the glass as half full, rather than half empty.
True, those 39 little children and their bus driver were killed, but they are out of this disaster of a world and safe with God. Sounds kind of sick, but everyone has to have a coping mechanism. Not everyone can afford the Fiddich.

It is just terminology. If little Jimmy had died that would have been tragic, if others had lived that would have been a blessing, we are happy for the blessings and sorry for the tragedies. It is all a part of life. I think some Christians go overboard on trying to make things out to be miracles when they are just plain life. The Bible says "God sends the rain on the just and the unjust" The Lord also "gives and the Lord takes away." We need to accept the things God gives us and and let go of the things that He takes away.

its human nature if you believe in god to god the credit for the good and the bad. how often have we heard when someone dies that it was gods will. well the truth is it was never gods will it was something brought upon all mankind by Adam and eve at the beginning of time as we know it. it was never gods will. but society has always found it easy to believe the lies then admit the truth. to stand up for the truth requires effort. firm convictions and sets one apart from all others. its easier for most to except the lie because there is not cost to it. the same principle will be used in just over a week with the voting being done across this united states

God knows that no one dies. We change what we see, but we do not die. Therefore there is no fear from him , nor sadness wether we leave this earth or not.
All that matters is that we exist. There is no way Not to exist, for we are always in the moment of Now .
Every individual exists in there moment of Now. Everyone's moment of Now, is different then any other's, because we are Individual.
What ever happens to One, One understands that its happening Now. And that they are observing how they Feel in that moment of Now. Therefore prooving there own existance always exists in a moment of Now.
Wether they admit it or not, doesn't change the fact that somthing is happening with them in every moment of Now. And that Now , is where they are aware of whats going on. Even if what's going on is confusion. Confusion is still an awareness of Now.
So when people die, they move on from the physical , and into where ever they wish to be for there next moment of Now.
God does not fear there "death", for he sees them always Alive.
Those whom mourn here, choose to see the negative outcomes of "disasters" .
While others whom see miracles, choose to see the positive .

The odds were against little Jimmy, so even from a scientific point it doesn't add up.
When you beat the odds, it's either a coincidence, you're very lucky or God's miracle.

usually, it's the parent's and friends of the survior that say it, everyone is still saddened at the lost of the others as well but usually those who say it are saying it as a prayer of Thanksgiving, though the rest of us still pray for the others. and everyone is just as sad at the loss of life.
