Well simply she has an std that she says is in remission and it is one that cant be tested in men and men dont know they have it. She claims that she cant have children vaginaly because of it or she would pass it on. She refuses to tell me what it is that she has and I am tring to protect me and future relationships. This is all I know of the std. What are the possible stds that I have been in contact with? Does she have any obligations to disclose this info to me other than morally? Should I contact local health dept.?

IT MIGHT BE HPV,/GENITAL WARTS, IT A VIRUS THAT CAUSES CANCER IN THE CERVIX OF WOMAN MOSTLY IT ONLY EFFECTS WOMEN BUT IT CAN ALSO CAUSE ANAL CANCER IN WOMEN AND MEN, IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT TYPE OF HPV SHE MIGHT HAVE, IF SHE HAS THE GENITAL WARTS TYPE THEN THERE IS A CHANCE YOU WILL EXPERIENCE WARTS... OR IT COULD BE HERPES THAT SHE CAN PASS ON TO YOUR CHILD I NEVER REALLY HEARD ABOUT HPV PASSING ON TO YOUR CHILD BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE OUTBREAK WHILE TRYIN TO GIVE BIRTH JUST GO GET TESTED FOR ALL STD'S AND YOU FIND OUT SOON ENOUGH GOOD LUCK

i would got to the health dept. to get checked out. i dont think there is any std that cant be tested in men, but there is one that is harder to detect in men than women and that is trichomoniasis or better known as "trich". Most women know within a couple of days if they have this because of the odor, but men usualy dont have any signs that anything is wrong. Going to the doctor is your best shot for finding out what it is. Some stds if not treated can hurt you in the long run. Or worst you can give it to someone you have sex with in the future. (condoms are not 100% safe they do break) Good Luck

she has a viral std, either HSV(herpes) or HPV(warts) and since you married her no theres not to much you can do. Go get tested both can be found in men. There is a small chance that she could have caught a bacterial std that she never got cured and that caused her infertility but then no one else would be able to catch it though.

Wow , she is pulling some crap on you . Go to a clinic and get a STD screen done , blood work , There is nothing she can give you that cannot be detected.

sounds like herpes or genetal warps fron the vaginal birth remarks however, both can be tested in men so you should get some tests done. and be more careful :-)
