Yes. Everyone redeemed by the blood of the lamb is a saint. Saint just means Holy, set apart, redeemed.

Moses is a prophet of God, & God's prophets are always Saints.

Anyone who is in heaven is a saint. Assuming that Moses is in heaven, he would be a saint.

Moses is not included in the lexicon of the saints but he is a patriarch of the church

No human being can be a saint. Please do not be fooled by the miracles he performed and declare him as another "son of God"
No doubt, the miracles he performed was the descended divine power of the God through him. Moses was just another prophet of God.

According to Judaism, he is a prophet, but we call him Moshe Rabeinu, which means Moses our Teacher, as we believe that he received the 5 first books of the torah (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deviticus) from God and taught them to the children of Israel. (I hope that didn't sound too preachy--just wanted to give info as I understand it)
