I want my arms to be toned and skinny but every time I lift weights to do that, it just bulks my arms up more! How can I make them toned and skinny without bulking muscle?

I am very interested in joining the NYPD to start off my career as a police officer. My plan is to work there for a year or two (maybe more?) and then use that valuable experience and apply with departments in New Jersey. i just started the shot 1 week ago, the day my period started i took the shot! i was informed by the doctor that it is effective right away if you start it on your period. and if you start it after your period you have to use protection for a month. i just had a baby boy 10 weeks ago. that makes 4 for me. right now i realy dont want to get pregnant. is the doctor right am i safe right now?

No idea what I should be looking for clothes wise. I have no dress sense and am overweight so everything looks crap on me. I'm 5'3", dress size 12-14 (depending on shop and style), am rather curvaceous, neat waist but large backside, wobbly thighs and thick legs/ankles. Any suggestions about what style of clothes I should look for / avoid and any good shops to look in? Want something nice but dont want to end up in the same outfit as other guests and dont want to spend more that £150 if I can avoid it.

How can you tell if you have bruised your tailbone? I had a biking accident, where I hurt my butt, and my butt has hurt ever since. The area that hurts is both sides of my upper buttocks. If I did bruise my tailbone, how do I get it to heal?
