The Bush administration has now set a 12-18 months timetable for Iraq security forces to get their act together. For the past 3 years Bush has said that it is wrong to set a timetable because it benefits terrorist planning. This couldn’t be a cheap political trick, could it?

I dont know what to do. My mother in law hates me one day and loves me the next. She tells me not to ask her to babysit my kids, and when she finds out I asked someone else to do it, she gets mad that I didnt ask her. I dont agree with some of the things that she does (drinking and driving, smoking with my kids around etc.) I told her that I dont want my kids around the smoke and alcohol, and she gets mad at me and tells me I dont know what Im doing as a parent. My husband isnt my oldest sons father, and last year after 3 years together, she said she doesnt consider him part of the family (he was only 7 at the time). She has repeatedly done horrible things, like telling everyone to eat before my wedding because I wouldnt have enough food for everyone! She made life miserable for me, and I forgave her because of my husband and my children. Now things have been good for a while, and now she is doing it again. I dont know what to do! Help please!!

Have you heard the theory about aliens having a humanoid form because that is the most energy efficient form (through evolving) for a bi-ped on a globe with gravity ?

I felt rubbish at work yesterday all achey and weak so took today off and have got a full blown cold. My neck aches a little but the rest is just a cold, any remedies to get rid quickly? Should I go back to work tomorro or skive for a bit longer, my boss rang me and said dont rush if feel poorly and am on a late shift tomorro so got a lie in? I feel guilty when off sick. Does anyone else??

i heard that hepititis B virus can survive on a surface, such as a desk counter, and still infect people if they come in blood on blood contact. so, if a mosquito even after its not full any more, wouldnt it still be able to infect other people??? thanks

I was seeing this guy for awhile. We never got into a relationship with each other even though I really wanted to. What is the saying? He's just not that into you? Anyways about three weeks ago he told me he couldn't go out with me/be with me/see me because he was in the process of trying to hook up with someone else. As if life can get no worse he was rude about it and hurtful like I don't have any feelings. Anyways about six months ago we sold a car that we had both fixed up. I got the check in the mail about a week ago. It is in my name. So here is the dilemna. We have not spoken since the tense departure I don't want to call/text/communicate or speak to him just for the mere principal. I refuse to let him think I'm finding any reason to talk to him and i'm tired of making things easy for him. My friends say to hell with him he doesn't seem concerned about it since he has not even mentioned it so keep it and be merry. What do you all think?
