I pass gas in public, A LOT, mainly cause i don't feel like keeping it in cause then i get bloated and i don't want my stomach to hurt at the expense of others (is this selfish by the way?), anyway, i just usually walk away from it, but what is the best way not to blow my cover?

My husband works for an oilfield company here in New Mexico. Yet, one of the company's rig's, that he works on, is located in Colorado. I was looking over his newest paycheck stub and noticed that state taxes are being withheld from both states! Is this right? I thought that state tax withholding is based on where you live. Am I wrong?

I have been with my live-in boyfriend for 3-yrs. I love him and wish we could have a normal relationship. He used to drink heavily, but in the last 3-months he has slowed down to just the weekends. But this past week he drank everyday and missed an entire week's work! And he has missed two day's this week. I know he lies to me about his drinking even though I know when he's drunk. I can't stand the person he becomes when he drinks. We always fight. He told me the other night that he knows that if he continues to do what he's doing he will lose me. But I know he won't stop. I want to leave him but I'm worried about what will happen to him if I leave? Any suggestions???

I can't seem to get anything logical out of this through deriving it.

F= (uW)/(usin(Theta) + cos(Theta))
where u is a positive constant, W is objects weight (irrelevant) and where 0 <= Theta <= pi/2. Show that F is minimized when tan(Theta) = u.

I fed my cat cheese ( I know, I know, bad idea!) Well, now that I know I made a mistake, I will never do it again. But, now, he has the shits! What do I do? This guy I've been seeing, he treats me different, like night and day. Literally! Day time he's like cold, night time when he is drunk he's all mushy and nice.
