your body is the machine!!
Trust in the King
do crunches start light at around 30 to 40 reps/4 sets
then increase
bring you legs and your arms and torsoe to a "V' type shape!!
Do this about 10 times for lower abs
6 inches!! This is where you lay flat but you raise your feet together only 6 inches off the ground, hold for 35 secs then 35 then a minute!!! Wheww!!!!!!
If you do a want to do full sit ups, you just have to really make sure your are keeping your stomach flat as possible while you sit-up and breath out on every rep you do no matter what!!
Crunches with your legs and tailbone off the ground for lower abs 50 reps 3 sets
Stand up and rock from left to right start off with about 15-20 on each side and 3 sets
This will KILL LOVE HANDLES (Ladies you might need to read this!!!!)

You would want to do this 3 times a week then when you are advanced,...do every other day,.....oh and by the way,..stay away from the bread pasta and ice cream,...or at least lower it to a VERY SMALL consumption!!!

the high priced ones are not properly worth it. i got here upon that the Ab curler from Walmart at $20 works properly for me. I do fairly some ab exercises and that ab curler is the only one that makes my abs burn. you are able to quite do one hundred crunches. i think of the secret's that they make the crunches greater common so which you will gain this lots greater.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you trim down the flabby waist area. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.

I know a better diet solution. Try Weight Loss / Hoodia Sample. It helps suppress hunger and control appetite. Just be careful where you get your Hoodia sample. Here's a website http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for the product details.
