You can tell in the way she acts around her husband and when she's alone.
Usually, when you're happily married or with someone, you become a better person when they're around. You're happier, you laugh more, smile more, tease more, and are just plain-out "MORE".
And when you're not happily married, you're happier alone than with your husband. You act happy when he's not around and as soon as he walks in the room, you just get this strange behaviour type thing going on.
It's quite easy to tell if you determine how she acts when he's around and when he's not...

by listening carefully to eveyr word said to the parents..reading between them...n analyzing them
over-saying somthing or repeating it tooo many times...is a gud clue that they r lying!!
if they relate a happy incident just a few times...then they must b really hapy!
if they relate the same thing bt ina different situation...seems to be they r lying!
if they relate only happy incidents...ask abt the downs in their lives...how they cope wiv it! n if they r silent for too long a time before answering..or looking for an answer...then they they pretending 2b happy
if they avoid phone conversations wiv parents..they r propably hiding somfing...n nt worrying u!!

You could tell if the couple is actually happy and relaxed.
They both look and feel refreshed and excited to being married.
I would say a good sign is your sibling never stops talking about his or her spouse.

yes, i agree, learn what a sibling is!, anywy, sounds like a she, so if she can look you in the eyes and says she is and IS, not ACTS comfortable than she might be happy, but if there is nervousness and she won't say I L U back in public and stuff then maybe not.

You don't know your own sibling? That's really sad.
Don't you trust your intuition? Do you even HAVE an intuition?
Does she make eye contact with you? Does she look away from you in mid-sentence, then walk out of the room? Does she fidget while she's talking to you? Does she bite her nails or roll her eyes as you're speaking? Does her tone of voice quiver as she is speaking?
How is the state of your brother or sisters' marriage any of your business? Are they retarded? Are you their legal guardian? What the hell would you do if they told you they were unhappy? Is it your job to make your siblings happy?

Let her/him know you're there and then just wait for the response. you can't make her/him tell you and you can't assume either but if ya'll are close you'll figure it out yourself. I guess the easiest way it's his/her face. If you know him/her well you'll be able to tell if you see a different behavior

Hmmm doesn't seem like people here understand the word sibling. Seems about right for tonight. I would say just let her be. Tell her you love her, and leave it to her to come to you if she is unhappy (or he)

If they send you photos of themselves doing fun stuff, I'd say they're happy. If they're drinking gin, crying, wearing black and chanting "I'm so happy" over and over again, I'd be inclined not to believe them.
