This guy I've been seeing, he treats me different, like night and day. Literally! Day time he's like cold, night time when he is drunk he's all mushy and nice. And it's not like he wants sex or anything, cause I want it and he won't come over! Well his dad has been in town. Anyways, he texts me stuff like "you are so cute, it pisses me off", or "you drive me nuts, but you are also crazy cool and f**ken hot".. What am I to think?

If the only way he can get intimate with you is when he is drunk, then there is a problem. Guys lie for two reasons. To protect themselves and for sex. You have heard, "The girls get prettier around closing time..." Lets face it. You will be very miserable if you are involved with someone that can only fulfill your emotional needs when they fail the Breathalyzer test.
It could be that he wants sex too, but he is old school. How do you ask a girl for sex when you respect her? Have you talked about it to him? Have you asked him what his favorite form of birth control is? Guys usually have a harder time opening up. It will let him know that you have at least thought about it.

especially if they are not putting out...
whatever someone says when they are drunk, they usually mean it... but only for the brief spinning moment they are focused on that thought... think about it! THEY ARE DRUNK !!!
One of the great things about being drunk is saying all kinds of off the wall stuff, sometimes just to see how it feels to say them...
your trying to put alot of sobriety into a drunken statement.

When someone is drunk, they cannot lie! Have you ever tried to lie while you were drunk? It takes a lot of effort. Being drunk lowers inhibitions, making it easier to say how you actually feel.

sounds like he needs to stay drunk all the time. you should sit around and wait on him to knock you upside the head. then maybe you'll have the sense to drop this zero.
