I have been not sleeping for awhile now, I think it's called vivid dreaming but I'm not sure, but I dream so much and it feels so real (my dreams) when I sleep that when I wake up, I am SOOO exhausted, because I can remember my dreams (because they feel so real, and it feels like it keeps my brain awake) I always wake up feeling like I never slept. I am getting fed up, because I'm sooo tired, and it's getting harder and harder to go to work. Is there way to stop dreaming, so that my brain can actually re-charge, and I can have a normal nights sleep and feel rested when I wake up? I have so many dreams a night, and I wish there was a way I could make them stop.
