I have been not sleeping for awhile now, I think it's called vivid dreaming but I'm not sure, but I dream so much and it feels so real (my dreams) when I sleep that when I wake up, I am SOOO exhausted, because I can remember my dreams (because they feel so real, and it feels like it keeps my brain awake) I always wake up feeling like I never slept. I am getting fed up, because I'm sooo tired, and it's getting harder and harder to go to work. Is there way to stop dreaming, so that my brain can actually re-charge, and I can have a normal nights sleep and feel rested when I wake up? I have so many dreams a night, and I wish there was a way I could make them stop.

You NEED to dream it means your body is in REM sleep. This is the state the body needs to be in to rejuvenate. This is when the growth hormone kicks in. You sound like a classic example of airway impairment. You are probably waking up not refreshed because your airway is blocked during the night or you have whats called sleep apnea where you stop breathing for seconds or in some cases I have dealt with minutes! See your doctor and get a referral to a sleep clinic. These clinics are designed to see what is happening to your body and brain when you are asleep.

When I was in preschool, I dreamed about falling and flying. When I was in sekolah rendah, I dreamed about 'what could've been if I've done that or this happened', then continued falling and flying Now, I dream of everything. Home, school, friends, artistes, neighbours, adventure, sports, and those I've stated above, ahh! So when do I stop dreaming...I don't want to and I know I won't.

For the longest time, I was dreaming that I was lost. I hated going to sleep, then one day it stopped. I felt it was because in my real life I was doing so many things that I didn't want to do that I felt lost and didn't know how I could stop. I made my life easier by stopping some things and the dreams stopped. I suggest that you try to make your life happier and you won't dream so much.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Dreams are ways of the brain to make itself working while other systems in your body are shut down...

Well.. before sleeping drink warm milk and avoid heavy dinner.

If it still does not work..get a psychologist or a therapist... they know what to do best...

Like.. js a few days ago, i dreamt that my phone kept ringing, everyone called me, and im so frustrated- dat day, i was so angry why nobody ever called me to say hello
the night after, i dreamt that my presentation partner, she stole my line- that is because, that night, i was so worried about my presentation...
